Glossybox April Edition : First Thoughts

I always say how much I love Glossybox, they are such good value for money and I cannot stress that enough. This month is no different and I honestly haven't tried anything I've received so really looking forward to trying everything out

Next Make Me Beautiful Lip Chubby - £8
Colour : Hot Pink
Purchase here
Honestly I have not even looked in Next for make up before, it's never even occurred to me to look in there which is odd as I look in M&S, New Look even Poundland! I do love me a good lip product so I am excited to use this. The first impression of this is I hate the packaging, it's just too shiny for my liking, it's just going to get dirty really easy. It has an easy twist up bottom to get more product out and appears to be quiet pigmented and glossy so would be good for the quick get out the doors day. Now just to see how long it lasts

Leighton Denny Expert Nails Miracle Mist - £11

Purchase here
I have only ever seen Leighton Denny nail products in TK Maxx, I think I don't go looking for them as they are pricey, they are £11 per polish and I am honest just not that into nails that much to spend that amount on one colour! You can get 3 polishes for that price by Barry M and they are pretty damn good. This product is kind of a mystery to me, it's a aerosol spray you apply to wet nails to make them dry quicker. However if you read the instructions on the back you apply your nail polish, then your top coat and finally spray the product. To me you may as well just buy a quick drying top coat like Seche Vite or Sally Hansen Insta-Dry but hey, we'll see

Studio 10 Brow Lift Perfecting Liner - £22

Purchase here
It took me forever to find the shade of this product, I really could not find it on any packaging for a while and then I looked online and realised it has no shade, there does appear to only be one so I'm guessing this is not for everyone! I have to admit straight off, they are supporting the Look Good Feel Better campaign which supports women with cancer and they are donating one pencil for everyone brought in the UK and Australia, and in the US 100% of the profits are donated to the charity, I love that idea and lucky for me the shade looks like it would work for me and it has an gorgeous highlighter at the other end of the pencil which appears to have no shimmer in which I love. One thing I have not conquered yet (along with hundreds of other things) is my eyebrow game so hopefully this would make them look on point

The Body Shop Oils Of Life - £28

Purchase here
This is the cutest little sample of this oil, it looks so petite and cute. I've never used this before and it claims to make the skin radiant and nourished complexion which my skin really needs lately, it has been awful since giving birth. Hello hormone overload. It has quite a strong scent to it if I am honest so I'm wondering how I would feel putting it on my face daily!

STYLondon Temporary Henna Tattoos - £5.99

Purchase here
I don't use these, I've had some gold ones in a subscription box before and they never got used so highly doubt these will be but you never know! I might bust them out at some Summer event, maybe the balloon fiesta? Who knows
