Slimming World : Healthy Extra Cookies

Just because I'm giving my diet a make over doesn't mean I can't have cookies!! I got this idea off Instagram when I saw Imogene post a photo of cookies! You can check out her Instagram here and also her blog here. We are both following Slimming World so her Insta game is all about food, so I'm hooked already! The original post I saw was almond flavour cookies but you can make any flavours you like! I have my two favourites at the end! This is honestly so quick and easy to make and I can't cook so that is saying something

Ingredients

35g Oats (Hex B)
2 x Tablespoons sweetener (Free
1 x Egg (Free)
2 x Tablespoons Flavour Extract (Free)
Baking Parchment or Fry Light (Free)

Method
  • Weigh out your oats! Very important if you are a Slimming World follower otherwise you're gonna be adding a load of syns!
  • Mix in a bowl all your ingredients and mix well 
  • Grease a baking tray with Fry Light or cover with baking paper 
  • pour the mixture into cookie shapes
  • Bake for around 20 minutes on gas mark 5, turning halfway through (This made the crunchy on the outside soft in the middle)
  • Enjoy!
The flavours I have made the most of are 1tbsp Vanilla & 1 tbsp Almond or I make peanut butter ones with 2 tbsp of Peanut Butter Extract I brought on Amazon as I really am addicted to peanut butter!! It is heaven
