Glossybox March Edition

I have a love-hate relationship with this months Glossybox. It was all the base this month. The prepping and the priming of the skin for the flawless application of the makeup. I loved the idea about this month's edition, I hated some of the products.
I ramble, well moan about my skin on here constantly, the oil, the redness, the texture. Urgh. I've even had a course of accutane where my skin looks amazing, albeit the driest lips off all time and crack back of epic proportion. Anyway, the moral of this story is my skin is awful and I am trying to improve it but new products tend to make it worst. Which leads me on to the first item I tried in the box.

Figs & Rouge Hydra-Activ Smart Nutrient Vital Moisture Day Cream
£28
Although lightweight, this made me break out so bad!  I don't particularly know why either, it's pack full of skin loving ingredients. Just not mine. It has Vitamins 1 C and E as well as hyaluronic acid. It did hydrate my skin exactly like it promised to do, it absorbed quickly and didn't leave a sticky residue like some moisturisers do. It has a light and fresh scent to it so in theory, this should be a great product, and it may work for you but for me, it is a huge no go! I gave this to my mum and she is loving it and having no problems.

This Works In Transit Camera Close-up
£30
The last product I tried from This Works was from Glossybox as well funnily enough. It is not a brand I seek out. In Transit is a primer which plumps and brightens the skin. It apparently leaves you photo ready.

Sleek Eye & Cheek Palette
030 All Day Soiree
£9.99
I love Sleek makeup, in fact, one of my favourites ever dupe is from them. Their Rose Gold blush is a dupe for the infamous Nars Orgasm. I was so excited to get this palette as I knew I was going to love it. So in the palette, you get 4 eyeshadows and 2 blushes. It's more like 1 blush and 1 highlighter. The shades are Pettycoat Blush, Party Frock Blush and 4 eye shadows from the Del Mar Vol 2 I-Divine palette. Now I love the beige and peach undertones to this palette but my only issue it is all either glittery or shimmery. There is only one shade that has no sheen or glitter in it which is the brown eyeshadow. Overall you can get a few good looks from this palette but I feel this is best for summer where I don't mind the glitter but at this moment in time it is just too shiny for me right now!

Schwarzkopf BC Oil Miracle Brazil nut Oil Pulp Treatment
£3.95
I am so glad I have this in my box! I am trying so hard to keep my hair in good condition after the whole I want a trim and the hairdresser cut all my hair off fiasco of 2017. Yes, that is what I am calling it now. This is simple to use and you can use it 1-2 times a week. I have been using it just once a week as it adds another 10 minutes on your routine. You just towel dry your hair, apply this to the mid to the ends of you hair comb through and rinse out after the wait. It has left my hair smoother and shinier. I use it on a Sunday when I get a little pamper session when Mr. B watches little man.

oOlution Eye Love
£30
This is every mumma and woman's dream, if you know, sleeping is something you don't get enough of. I know I always need more and walk around with dark circles nearing my chin and don't get me started on the puffiness. I have been loving using this. I have noticed the improvement in the appearance of the under eye area. Granted I still have pretty dark bags but with a one year old anything that can help is worth giving it a go. This has been a hit, it's light, not heavily fragranced and sinks into the skin quickly.
