Cheerobics : The Best At Home Work Out DVD?!

Guys, I think I may have found the best exercise DVD I have ever come across. I honestly have no shame in channeling my inner 16 year old American self for it. Clearly, I'm neither 16 or American but seriously this DVD is the best thing I have done in a long time!
I'm too self-conscious to go to the gym, which in its self is ridiculous, however, I can't afford it anyway so I am looking at things to do at home. I have an exercise bike I should use more in the bedroom as, let's be honest a 4 hour Netflix binge isn't going to help me fit in a wedding dress. A 4 hour Netflix binge whilst doing half an hour cycling, however, well that's just fantastic.

I also have Beachbody's Insanity. Yeah, let's all laugh about that together. Maybe one day I will finish the 90 day's as it stands I think I have done about 14. About four years ago...

The next DVD's I have are a Yoga For Weight Loss, I'm sure there is an old Clubland Dance Workout one buried somewhere in the depths of the every growing DVD collection. Gathering dust and most likely, never to see light again.

I even have a 3 disk KettleWorX set complete with a kettle bell.  So you can get the picture I love the do at home exercise DVD's, but struggle to stick to them. I have also just realised I have the 30 Day Shred DVD too.

I really struggle to stick to the DVD hype, even more so since I've had K. He just crawls about so I spend the day chasing him around so he isn't exactly going to sit there when I bust some exercise moves. That was until recently. You may remember me mentioning this back in my April Rate It & Slates It
I was in work, clearly not doing work as I was searching Amazon for some new exercise DVD's when this Cheerobics set appeared. Something just drew me into this, I mean it comes with pom pom guys, legit pom poms!

It was one of the more pricier DVD's in my collection at £23.99 but still not at the break the bank level, especially due to the amount I do actually use this. I tend to try and complete some of the workout at least 3 times a week.

As soon as I placed the order I was doubting I would even use it, my hand-eye coordination leaves a lot to be desired but as soon as it arrived I whacked it into the TV and noticed each section has been broken down, meaning unlike the majority of the other DVD's I own I could choose which part I do.

I am unfit so I haven't completed the whole lot in one go yet, I've always split it up, there is the warm up, choreography, floor etc. It even has a learn the moves section so when actually doing the exercises I know what the hell I am doing.

This is a pretty old DVD, I'm not going to lie, it's from 2011 or something. Looking into it there was a cheerleading craze for this around the UK with classes the lot, so I am utterly devastated I am that late to the party.

Little man finds it hilarious watching me jump around, he crawls around me a steals the poms. I don't feel so bad doing it as he turns it into a game of chase, I love how I can actually fit the workout in though without the guilt of K growing bored.

If any of you are looking for a new at home work out, this is it! You wont regret it!
